Support groups

We have a range of groups allowing you to talk freely without judgement and build a support network.

One to one support

Feeling low? Come up and have a chat with Claire, our Mental Health First Aider. We can provide support and signpost on to other services.

Wellbeing groups

Friendly and fun groups, to be creative, learn new skills and meet new people.

Knit and Natter

The rhythmic motions of knitting and crocheting change the brains chemistry. Have a cuppa, chat and cake every Wednesday 10 till 12.

Befriending service

Have you become socially isolated or struggle to mix with other people? We have friends to support you.

Counselling sessions

We have a network of fully qualified counsellors each with their own speciality so we can ensure you receive the right support, from the right person, at the right time.

Exercise Therapy

Exercise can be as effective as anti-depressants and we have a wide range of classes or PT sessions we can link you with.

Be Free to Be You

Support group for parents and play sessions for children with additional needs such as autism, ADHD and physical disabilities.
