The rhythmic motions of knitting and crocheting change the brains chemistry. Have a cuppa, chat and cake every Wednesday 10 till 12.
Have you become socially isolated or struggle to mix with other people? We have friends to support you.
We have a network of fully qualified counsellors each with their own speciality so we can ensure you receive the right support, from the right person, at the right time.
Exercise can be as effective as anti-depressants and we have a wide range of classes or PT sessions we can link you with.
Support group for parents and play sessions for children with additional needs such as autism, ADHD and physical disabilities.
